We design financial strategy first, then execute it with precision. FINCO operates as two formal business units — Advisory and Capital — across nine specialist service lines.

Two business units. One operating model.
FINCO Advisory designs strategy. FINCO Capital executes it. Both units are governed by a single case architecture and a unified recommendation framework, ensuring every client outcome — advisory, transactional, or both — is grounded in the same standard of professional judgment.
Advisory
FINCO Advisory
FINCO Advisory handles cases where the client's primary need is diagnosis, strategic clarification, restructuring, or capital planning before any execution. Advisory is not a soft wrapper around brokerage. It is a formal operating unit with its own pathways, documents, and decision rights. Advisory cases may remain advisory-only or progress into Capital execution once strategy is approved.
FINCO Capital handles capital execution — lender placement, structure implementation, settlement support, asset funding, and specialist or private capital pathways. Capital remains strategy-aligned. Where advisory work is required first, Capital does not override it; the architecture supports controlled handoff between the two units.
Each service line operates with its own intake instrument, decision rights, and recommendation discipline. Cases may begin in one and progress into another — but every pathway feeds the same canonical case architecture.
Advisory
Economic Uncertainty Advisory
Diagnostic and strategic intervention for instability, stress, and fragility across household, business, SMSF, and mixed cases. Typically engaged for rising debt pressure, cashflow instability, repricing pressure, and restructuring need.
Advisory
Reposition Your Capital Advisory
Advisory-first capital redeployment, cross-border strategy, and sequencing of capital decisions. Engaged by foreign investors, high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts entering Australia or coordinating cross-jurisdictional positions.
Advisory
Faith & Community Institutional Advisory
Institutional-grade financial and strategic advisory for churches, charities, foundations, schools, and community organisations. Engaged for financial disorder, reserve inadequacy, underused property, board uncertainty, or project feasibility.
Advisory
Advisory General
Controlled triage pathway for valid advisory matters that do not yet fit a defined specialist pathway. Reclassified into a more precise pathway by or before Stage 2 wherever possible.
Capital
Home Finance
Structured home-lending execution for owner-occupiers, refinancers, and residential investors. Engaged for borrowing readiness, deposit position, policy fit, servicing structure, and refinance clarity.
Capital
Commercial Finance
Capital execution for business, commercial property, development, working capital, and broader commercial borrowing matters. Engaged for acquisition funding, strategic refinance, business expansion, and multi-entity structures.
Capital
SMSF Finance
SMSF-linked credit and capital execution, particularly LRBA matters. Engaged for deed compatibility, contribution and liquidity considerations, security structure, and lender or policy fit.
Capital
Equipment / Asset Finance
Funding pathways for movable business assets and income-producing equipment. Engaged by SMEs, transport operators, construction and medical businesses, and institutions acquiring assets. Distinct from commercial finance because workflow speed and provider universe differ materially.
Capital
Private / Specialist Capital
Specialist, non-mainstream, urgent, bespoke, or private capital execution pathways. Engaged for urgent settlement, bridging, complex refinance, non-conforming profiles, specialist security, and bespoke execution.
How FINCO delivers a recommendation.
Every FINCO engagement produces a formal recommendation document calibrated to the case. There are three families.
SCR
Statement of Credit Recommendation
Issued for credit-linked matters — Home Finance, Commercial Finance, SMSF Finance, Equipment / Asset Finance, and credit-aligned specialist capital. The SCR formalises credit strategy, structures the recommended approach, and identifies the lender direction without naming specific lenders in Stage 1.
SSR
Statement of Strategic Recommendation
Issued for advisory-led matters — Economic Uncertainty, Reposition Your Capital, and Advisory General. The SSR captures diagnostic findings, identifies risks and exposure, and defines strategic direction. SSRs are not credit advice.
SIR
Statement of Institutional Recommendation
Issued for Faith & Community Institutional Advisory and other organisation-led cases where the recommendation must reflect governance, reporting maturity, and institutional strategy alongside any capital considerations.
The FINCO engagement journey.
Every FINCO case progresses through a structured four-stage journey. Stage 1 classifies the case and identifies the pathway. Stage 2 defines strategy and produces the formal recommendation. Stage 3 executes where appropriate. Stage 4 maintains the relationship for clients whose journey continues.
1
Stage 1
Exploration
Structured intake captures the client's situation. The case is classified by service line, complexity, urgency, and orientation. No advice is given at this stage.
2
Stage 2
Decision
FINCO converts intake into professional judgment. A formal SCR, SSR, or SIR is produced. The pathway is set. Evidence requirements are identified.
3
Stage 3
Execution
Where appropriate, FINCO executes — engaging lenders, structuring capital, supporting settlement, or implementing institutional strategy.
4
Stage 4
Ongoing Advisory
For relationships that continue beyond a single transaction, FINCO maintains a strategic advisory cadence.
